Returns
While we take utmost care to ensure quality of the sarees we sell, there can be rare instances where you receive damaged or incorrect item. For such items, you may opt to take advantage of our 7-day return policy. To do so, please be follow these guidelines:
- If you receive damaged or incorrect item, you will initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of the order by you or anyone you have authorized to receive the order on your behalf. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honor return requests raised more than 7 days after the date of receipt.
- To initiate the return, kindly write to us on support@silkculturebysunita.in with complete order details, the reason for return and the product photographs clearly showing the damage.
- Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. All the tags must be intact, and the product must be in its original packing.
- We will validate the return request and post validation, we will arrange for pick-up.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will assess it, and process the refund/ exchange for validated returns. The refund will be governed by the Refund Policy.
Following items will be considered eligible for return:
- Items with damage such torn fabric or discoloration.
- Incorrect item delivered
- Items with major color aberrations
Following items will be considered non-returnable:
- Items without any evidence of damage/ mismatch
- Items with minor difference between the colors visible on The Website and actual product colors.
- Items with minor blemishes that are characteristic of handloom weaving.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/ exchange. In such case we will provide you with the reasoning for our decision.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed for validated returns, after we receive the returned item(s).
- Refund will be in the form of store-credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- You will have an option exchange the returned product with another product, instead of the store credit.
