Saree Care
- Do not store away the saree immediately after wearing. Let it rest in open air before folding and storing.
- Put your saree in a cotton bag, and store in cool, dry place. Do not put too much weight on it.
- First cleaning should be dry-clean only.
- For all subsequent washes, prefer dry-clean.
- If dry-cleaning is not possible, wash your saree in cold water, with very mild detergent and a delicate wash program.
- If you are washing your saree by hand, do so without using any kind of brush.
- Do not wring the saree after wash, let the water drain out on its own.
- Dry the saree in shade. Do not dry your saree in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
- Remember, your saree does not need to be washed/ dry-cleaned after every wear. Wash/ dry-clean only occasionally.

I saw a saree some time back. Not able to see it now.
All the sarees in stock are unique, in that we have single piece of each type. Once that gets sold, you will not see it in the catalog. We remove sold out items from the catalog.
How can i change my shipping address?
Shipping address can be changed anytime by visiting ‘My Account’.
Will you store my credit card details?
Your payments are handled by the payment gateway, who provide highly secured environment for all financial transactions. We do not access your credit card details, so we do not store them either.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Cancellation of a shipped order will not be feasible.
Can I opt for exchange instead of refund?
You may opt for an exchange. For the ease of processing, we allow exchange with the items having price equal to or more than the returned item. In case of the exchange item costing more than the returned item, you will have to pay the difference.
