COD Policy

COD facility is provided with the following conditions:

1. Total cart value should be less than 6000/-.
2. If you opt for COD, you will pay the shipment and return shipment charges upfront. The exact amount will be displayed after you provide your address details. You can make this payment through our payment gateway, either through UPI, Credit/ Debit card or supported Net Banking channels.
3. We will reach out to you using the contact details provided by you. We will use WhatsApp/ SMS on the phone number provided by you AND/ OR send message on the email address provided by you, to reconfirm your delivery address. This step is necessary to reduce chances of non-delivery due to incorrect address.
4. When you receive the parcel, this amount will be deducted from your total order value. For example, if the order value is 5000/- and you made upfront payment of 200/-, you will pay 4800/- to our shipping partner while accepting the order.
5. If you do not accept the order, the upfront payment you paid will be used towards the shipping charges and the return shipping charges that we need to incur. Therefore, if you do not accept the order, this amount will not be refunded back to you. Also, in such case, the order will be considered cancelled.
6. The transactions during parcel handover at the time of delivery will be governed by the policy of our shipping partner.
7. We reserve the right to not ship the order if we suspect the address and phone number provided are insufficient to make a successful delivery. In such cases we will cancel the order and the advance will be refunded to you.
